Pinot Grigio mostly, considered the lightest white wine. Aromas of citrus and green crisp apples. Flavors are similar to the aromas, you will find light citrus, Granny Smith apples and pineapple. Acid plays a critical part on the mid-palate which is mouthwatering where most of the perceived sweetness from the delicate aromas from the low temperature fermentation.
